Morgan Group is a Chinese-owned developer with deep roots in local communities. To expand their reach, the developer needed to present its projects more clearly to international buyers, investors, and sales partners. The existing materials were primarily designed for a Chinese-speaking audience, which made it difficult for overseas prospects to understand the development details and compare the offering.
The project required more than a direct translation. The challenge was pivoting a traditional property brand’s communications, restructuring the digital asset hierarchy, and adapting the international-facing positioning to match international retail buyer criteria.
