Enquiries arrive through disconnected channels, meaning agents often do not know which listing generated a specific lead. In this flow, social attention fails to become an owned enquiry journey, yet small teams do not need a large, complex CRM or enterprise portal.
The challenge was bridging the gap between social discovery and owned client communication. We designed a practical system that consolidates listing presentation, automates enquiry routing, and keeps leads in a single owned channel without requiring expensive software or complex corporate setups.
