Property Lead System: Real Estate Portal Lead Capture

Context

Many individual property agents, independent brokers, and small property teams operate in fragmented environments. They depend heavily on social media posts and messaging apps to share listings, which requires manually sending property details repeatedly. Enquiries arrive through disconnected channels, meaning agents often do not know which listing generated a specific lead. In this flow, social attention fails to become an owned enquiry journey, yet small teams do not need a large, complex CRM or enterprise portal.

Challenge

The challenge was bridging the gap between social discovery and owned client communication. We designed a practical system that consolidates listing presentation, automates enquiry routing, and keeps leads in a single owned channel without requiring expensive software or complex corporate setups.

Freakyyy built the website-to-app real estate portal lead routing architecture, developing a working product demonstration of the agent and customer journey.

Work delivered & Features

  • Mobile-First Property Website: a clean, fast interface optimized for mobile viewports to showcase active listings.
  • Installable PWA: structured as a Progressive Web App. The demonstration can be installed on a phone as a progressive web app, giving the agent a direct, app-like entry point without requiring a traditional app-store download.
  • Property-Specific Pages: structured layout containing property details, price indicators, and specs.
  • QR Listing Journeys: offline-to-online entry points linking physical print materials or signage directly to digital property pages.
  • Enquiry Calls to Action: direct hooks placed on listings to capture customer intent at the moment of highest interest.
  • Messaging Integration & Telegram Lead Routing: routes customer submissions immediately to the agent’s Telegram channel, notifying them instantly.
  • Demonstration Dashboard: a lead-capture view showing incoming enquiries, contact channels, and property interests.
  • Demonstration Chatbot: a chatbot showing how common user questions can be handled automatically.
